General procedures for 1. mechanical equipment installation: construction preparation → equipment unpacking inspection → foundation measurement and setting out → foundation inspection and acceptance → shim iron setting → equipment hoisting in place → equipment installation and adjustment → equipment fixing and grouting → parts cleaning and assembly → lubrication and equipment refueling → equipment commissioning → project acceptance (pay attention to equipment installation and adjustment, the sequence of parts cleaning and assembly is prone to errors).

General requirements for installation of 2. mechanical equipment

(I) construction preparation

1. Prepare construction organization design or special construction plan.

2. Prepare equipment mobilization plan, use plan of labor, materials, machines and tools and other resources, and organize mobilization in an orderly manner.

3. Site facilities shall have the conditions for commencement.

Unpacking inspection of (II) equipment

When unpacking mechanical equipment, the construction unit, the construction unit (or its representative) and the supplier shall participate in the inspection and record according to the following items:

(1) Box number, number of boxes and packaging;

(2) Equipment name, specification and model, and important parts shall be inspected and accepted according to quality standards;

(3) accompanying technical documents (such as instruction manual, certificate of conformity and packing list, etc.) and special tools;

(4) Whether there are defective parts, and whether the surface is damaged and rusted;

(5) Other matters that need to be recorded.

(III) foundation survey and setting out

1. Principles for setting baselines and reference points

(1) Easy to install and test;

(2) It is conducive to maintaining and not being damaged;

(3) The depiction is clear and easy to identify.

2. Requirements for setting baseline and reference point

(1) Before the mechanical equipment is in place, the installation baseline and reference point shall be defined according to the process layout and according to the measurement control network or the axis, edge line and elevation line of relevant buildings.

(2) For mechanical equipment that is mechanically connected with other equipment, a common installation baseline and reference point should be delineated.

(3) For mechanical equipment that has mechanical contact with other equipment, the allowable deviation between the positioning base, line or point and the installation reference line is ± 2mm, and the allowable deviation from the installation reference point is ± 1mm.

(IV) foundation inspection and acceptance

1. Inspection and acceptance of concrete strength of equipment foundation

Foundation quality certificate: concrete mix ratio, concrete curing and concrete strength. The important equipment foundation is also preloading and settlement.

2. Inspection and acceptance of equipment foundation position, elevation and geometric dimension.

3. Inspection and acceptance of equipment foundation appearance quality.

4. Inspection and acceptance of embedded anchor bolts

(1) The center distance, elevation and exposed foundation length of directly buried anchor bolts meet the design or specification requirements.

(2) The strength of foundation concrete for installing expansion anchor bolts shall not be less than 10MPa, and expansion anchor bolts shall not be used in cracks in foundation concrete or reinforced concrete.

5. Common quality defects of equipment foundation

(1) The plane elevation of the foundation is out of tolerance.

(2) The position and elevation of embedded anchor bolts are out of tolerance.

(3) The depth of reserved anchor bolt holes is out of tolerance. If the depth is too shallow, the anchor bolts cannot be correctly embedded.
